BASI’s BRHB probe is designed especially for low-cost HVAC applications. Using solid-state sensor with integrated digital signal conditioner, the probe measures relative humidity of air and non-aggressive gases at atmospheric pressure, and transforms it into standard 4…20 mA 2-wire signal. Main features of the BRHB transducer are the very fast response time and the short recovery time, which allows better control system parameters, as well as the reduced accuracy influence of the mounting capacitances. The probe has a cable outlet and can be equipped with a stainless steel sintered filter for sensor protection. Thanks to its simple and robust design and low price, the BRHB probe can be widely used in HVAC storage control systems as well as for some food industry applications.
