The transmission of analogue signals may involve the inclusion of some errors when measurements are transmitted to other appliances, for example. For this reason, we have supplemented our range with equipment using digital transmission formats. This method enables the connection of large-size meters that can display identical values as those fitted to a control unit. The software developed for these RS-type meters enables their use as general-purpose meters for any digital quantities (including mnemonic messages). Such meters, when combined into complex networks using the ModBus system, can display information transmitted from the master PC of the PLC controller.

The BLD606 is a simple digital  indicator intended for displaying any numerical values and characters defined by user (in SLAVE mode only) sent from the master device over the RS-485 serial interface link. The displayed value may be collected from other device (in MASTER mode). The display brightness can be adjusted in 8 steps. The device has 4 buttons being used for main presets programming. To get high protection level, the keyboard is mounted under transparent cover. To allow user to change presets without opening the cover, an IR sensor is mounted. Remote controller keyboard is equivalent to the device keyboard (Note, that IR programmer SIR-15 is not a part of the set. It is an additional equipment). Modbus RTU protocol is used to communication with device. Baud rate is user defined in 1200 ÷ 115200 baud range. It is possibe to order device with other communication protocol using RS-485 interface (special order required).
